Australia property prices continued to drop in June 2011, according RP Data-Rismark Hedonic’s latest home value index for capital cities. Perth property market June 2011 report

Perth property prices of June 2011 is $33,000 less than June 2010 in terms of median house price. Westpac has predicted that the Reserve Bank will cut the interest rate four times in 2012 to avoid hurting an economy that is already showing signs of contraction.
