Investment property loan rising by 3 per cent in March

There is more evidence of investors returning to the property market, with the value of investment finance rising by 3 per cent in March.

There has also been a fall in the number of owner-occupier home loans approved during March.

Australian Bureau of Statistics (ASX: ABS.ax) figures show a 3.4 per cent slide in March from February.

Economists had been expecting a fall of 3 per cent, citing rising interest rates and the end of the boost to the first home owner grant.

  1. hello it is my first comment on this web and in the begining I would like to thank you for the useful information, which I found in this and all previous posts , it really helped me very much. I will definitely put this blog on my rss reader 🙂 Also, I would like to ask – don’t you mind if I will quate some information from your website since I am writing articles for the Associated Content, Ezine and other articles directories (this is my part time job)? It would really help me with some of mine articles. Of course, I will mention your blog title or URL (not all articles directories allows URL’s , so I can’t 100% promise that you will get a direct link to your blog).
